To give you peace of mind while shopping with Lorna Blue we have opted for a secure payment gateway system with Suncorp. This means that when you choose to finalise your order you will be directed to the Suncorp site to enter your credit card details and once that's done you will be re-directed back to Lorna Blue. We do not receive a copy of your credit card details.
If you don't have a credit card you can always choose to send a cheque or money order (you will be asked when you get to the checkout area how you want to pay) to:

We aim to process your orders in 1 - 3 days, however if we have a problem suppling a product we will contact you to ask your preference of either a back-order or a refund.
All of our parcels are sent through Australia Post. To simplify postage charges we have 3 flat rates.
When you order up to $20 you will be charged $3.50 postage, from $20 - $50 it will be $6.95 postage and all orders over $50 will be $9.95.
If you would like to register your parcel (a good idea for jewellery) then add $3.05 to the postage.
I live locally can I pick up my goods?
Yes you can but please make sure you contact me prior to calling in.

We will not give your details to anyone else. Information is gathered purely for the purpose of giving our customers access to specials and information.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes we do and we'll add in a complimentary gift card. When you're processing your order simply go to the comments box and tell us what the occasion or celebration is (not that you need one) and we'll pop in the appropriate card (let us know if you have a special message for them) and then add their details to the delivery section. Easy as that.
